About this role

Japanese company is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join our branch office in Cambodia. The company has been operating in Cambodia since 2015, installing Small Scale Water Treatment Systems and leading major water infrastructure projects, including the JICA ODA Water Treatment Plant in Siem Reap (60,000m3/day) and Ta Khmau (30,000m3/day), including 10 years of operation management. The selected candidate will support financial operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth office and project execution.

Responsibility

Perform general administrative tasks for the office
Prepare simplified financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) monthly, quarterly, and annually
Manage disbursements including employee salaries and limited expenses
Input and organize accounting data using Excel or accounting software
Prepare and report internal management documents
Provide tax filing support in coordination with external tax advisors
Assist the General Manager with financial and administrative activities

Qualification

Female candidate only
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
At least 2 years of experience in accounting
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statements
Proficient in Excel (basic functions, pivot tables)
