Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into data collection and analysis strategies.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and databases to support analytical needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and other teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Expertise in SQL for querying and extracting data from relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into understandable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
