Responsibilities: - Implement education programs in target communities - Coordinate with schools, teachers, and partners - Monitor program activities and results - Conduct training and capacity building - Prepare reports and documentation - Support program evaluation and learning Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field - 2+ years experience in education programs or NGO - Understanding of child development and education issues - Strong facilitation and training skills - Fluent in Khmer and English - Motorcycle license and willingness to travel to rural areas
