3. Eligibility

5. Job Postings and Applications

5.1 For Employers

When posting jobs on SeekFitJob, you agree to:

• Post only genuine job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, or disability
• Comply with all applicable employment laws
• Not charge job seekers any fees for applying
• Not post jobs for illegal activities or pyramid schemes

5.2 For Job Seekers

When applying for jobs, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Only submit applications for positions you're genuinely interested in
• Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
• Respect employers' application processes

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on SeekFitJob, including resumes, CVs, job postings, and company profiles.

6.2 License to Use Your Content

By posting content on SeekFitJob, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content on our platform
• Use your content to provide our services
• Share your content with potential employers/candidates (as applicable)
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements

6.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Contains false or fraudulent information
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory language

10. Payment and Fees

• All fees are in Cambodian Riel (KHR) or USD as indicated
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe)
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

11. Disclaimers

11.1 No Warranty

SeekFitJob is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

11.2 No Employment Guarantee

• We do not guarantee job placement for job seekers
• We do not guarantee quality candidates for employers
• We are not responsible for employment decisions made by employers
• We do not endorse any employer or job seeker

11.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content posted by users or on external linked websites.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeekFitJob shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeekFitJob from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you post on SeekFitJob
• Your employment decisions or practices

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your content may be deleted.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our site with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of SeekFitJob after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
