About this role
We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead our dynamic development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of software projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibility
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional software development teams.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage dependencies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report on progress to leadership.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Oversee the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
