About this role
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring seamless interaction and engaging aesthetics across all platforms.
Responsibility
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications to illustrate functionality and user journeys.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Qualification
- Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and articulate your choices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
