Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using Laravel for backend and React for frontend.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and architectural standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful APIs to support various business functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality and reliable software.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining code quality standards.
- Deploy and monitor applications in production environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and best practices to improve application performance and developer productivity.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.
- Proficiency in Laravel framework for backend development, including Eloquent ORM, migrations, and routing.
- Strong expertise in React.js for frontend development, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with database design.
- Demonstrable experience with version control systems, particularly Git and Gitflow workflows.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and integration best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
